Position Overview:

Performance Windows, a leading provider of high-end replacement windows, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for our Appointment Setter position. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth, while enjoying the potential for significant income and rapid advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in door-to-door sales activities, visiting neighborhoods to generate appointments for potential customers to receive presentations of our high-quality windows.
  • Attend morning meetings with the sales team to align strategies and goals.
  • Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner, effectively conveying the value and benefits of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Possess a teachable mindset, along with a proactive and ambitious attitude.
  • Own a personal vehicle to facilitate neighborhood visits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and implement our proven sales methods and follow a provided script.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation and Advancement:

  • This is a commission-based role, offering uncapped earning potential.
  • As an Appointment Setter, you can expect to make between 5,000 and 15,000 USD per month.
  • We prioritize quick payment for all new hires, with a target of earning at least 5,000 USD within the first month.
  • Successful individuals can progress to the Closer position in approximately two months, with earning potential ranging from 15,000 to 20,000+ USD per month.

Training and Development:

  • Performance Windows understands that many applicants may have no previous sales experience. Therefore, we offer an extensive training program tailored for individuals with limited sales knowledge.
  • The training program equips you with our reliable sales system, including script memorization and proven sales techniques.
  • You will have the opportunity to shadow experienced Appointment Setters to observe firsthand how the role is executed successfully.
  • The training program is self-paced, ensuring that you feel confident and ready to excel before starting independently.

Schedule:

  • Work schedule consists of five days per week, including Saturdays, and four weekdays.
  • Each workday comprises two sessions: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the morning and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the afternoon.
  • This schedule allows for a balanced lifestyle, providing ample time to enjoy your earnings and explore additional income opportunities.
